How we charge

We believe in clarity and fairness. Our fee structure is designed to give you certainty:

Budgeting Guide: As a general guide, our Complete Architectural Service typically ranges between 10% – 13% of the construction cost. This percentage varies depending on the project’s scale, complexity, and the level of detailed documentation required.
Fixed Fees for Documentation: Our fees to prepare your project for construction are fixed (unless your brief changes). This means our fees do not increase just because construction costs do.
Itemized Proposals: Our detailed fee proposals allow you to scale your project brief up or down to align perfectly with your budget.

We base our fees on the actual time invested in your project, and we provide clear, transparent time-tracking in every invoice.
